Cases
Demonstrators, pilots and references.
Every item shows a truthful status — concept, pilot, reference or operating.
01 — How to read these cases
Status first. Nothing is presented as more than it is.
We do not present a partner's project as IPPA's own built object, a concept as completed construction, an unconfirmed timeline as fact, or projected economics as a guaranteed return. Each card carries its real status.
Operating — live and in real use. Reference — a real product used as a reference point. In development — being prepared, not yet running. Concept — designed, not yet built. Demonstrator — an illustrative model of the approach.
02 — Selected cases
What the Core has produced so far.
A small, honestly-tagged set — from the first applied industry platform to concepts still on the drawing board.
Eco Building & Development
First applied platformIndustry platform · Construction & real-world development
The first industry platform configured from the Core — showing how one architecture is tuned to an industry rather than rebuilt. It is the working proof that the Core-to-industry model runs in practice.
NORDSOLD Private House
ReferenceReference product · Residential / private housing
A real product in the wider ecosystem, used as a reference point for how a standardized offering looks and is delivered. Shown as a reference — not claimed as an IPPA-built object.
Glamping / Mini-home Cluster
ConceptConcept · Hospitality & land development
A designed cluster of standardized mini-homes assembled from the platform's product library. A concept at this stage — not built, and any economics shown elsewhere are projections, not commitments.
CNC / Material Kit Pilot
In developmentPilot preparation · Manufacturing & material supply
A pilot being prepared for a kit-of-parts production loop — from design library to CNC output and supply. In development: scope and partners are being confirmed, results are not yet in.
Execution loop demonstrator
DemonstratorConcept · Full Core methodology
An illustrative model of the complete execution loop — from Core to industry platform, product, project and operated asset — used to show how the eleven centers connect end to end. A demonstrator of the approach, not a delivered project.
Verified cases, named teams and direct contacts are being expanded. As pilots move to operation, their status here will be updated to match reality — nothing is promoted ahead of the evidence.
