Working document — to be finalized before launch.

Working document

This Privacy Policy is a working draft. Operator entity, controller identity, retention periods and governing jurisdiction are to be confirmed before launch.

1. Scope and status

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of the IPPA 11 Core website ("we", "us") processes personal data collected through this public website. It is a working document. The identity of the data controller, the operator entity and the governing jurisdiction are to be confirmed before launch.

This site is an informational website. It is not the IPPA operational platform and does not host confidential project, BIM or financial data.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you choose to share and a minimal set of technical data:

  • Contact form submissions — name, company, role, country, email, optional phone, request type, area of interest and your message.
  • Analytics data — anonymous or pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region, where analytics are enabled.
  • Technical logs — standard server request data (e.g. IP address, browser type) processed for security and reliability.

3. Purpose of processing

  • To respond to your request and route it to the correct internal track.
  • To maintain the security, stability and performance of the website.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and improve it.

4. Legal basis

Depending on the applicable framework (e.g. the EU General Data Protection Regulation), we rely on:

  • Consent — for optional analytics cookies and for contacting us via the form.
  • Legitimate interest — for essential security, fraud prevention and basic website operation.
  • Pre-contractual steps — where your request concerns a possible partnership, investment or engagement.

5. Data retention

Contact submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics and technical logs are kept for a limited period. Concrete retention periods are to be confirmed before launch.

6. Data minimisation

We ask only for the information needed to respond to your request. Please do not submit confidential project data, BIM/IFC models, contracts or financial records through this public website.

7. Your rights

Where GDPR or a comparable law applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Data controller and contact

The data controller is the official operator entity, to be confirmed before launch. Until the official contact address is published, requests submitted through the contact form are handled internally. A verified controller identity and contact email will be added here before launch.
